Hi guys!! Long time no see!  I'm six months out and have just started getting serious about a strength training routine.   I've noticed the past couple of times that the muscles in the general area of my incisions are slightly sore for the day following my workout.

I haven't been overdoing it with the weights (staying between 20 and 50 pounds depending on the machine).

Has anyone encountered something similar or does anyone know what might be causing it? It's not uncomfortable. . Just a little sore..

Probably because they were cut during surgery and have not been used much since.

That makes sense.  Thank you!
