Good morning all. TGIF. It has been an awful week. Someone I make appointments for was stuck in Ottawa until Wednesday due to car trouble. I re-booked her appointments just to find out I have to re-book one of them yet again because she forgot to tell me of an appointment. This also entails redoing all the government forms. This person I have to move again is not replying to me so I do not know where we stand. Really did not want to come to work today. I hate playing with peoples schedules.
On a good note I have had a good week. Too many carbs but no candy or booze. I will miss my wine tonight but my liver will probably be happy.

Life has been busy for me, but I think I am starting to embrace "the busy". I have taken a friend to a few doctor's appointments, and as long as I have my Starbucks in the car I am all up for a road trip. Thankfully the roads have been dry and clear. Tonight DH and I are going out for dinner and to listen to live music. Tomorrow night we are also going out for dinner with friends. I have looked up the menu online for tomorrow night and know that I will be ordering an appetizer.
Right now I'm having Cajun shrimp and cucumber slices. Tonight I will have beef brisket and gravy.

b - gnc protein shake, decaf coffee
s - 4 high protein low carb cookies, 280 cals
L - oh Henry bar, 2 process cheese slices
S - 3/4 c plain liberte yogurt with sf mango peach water enhancer added, cucumber slices
D - 3/4c leftover chicken-beef chili with old cheddar on it, diet pepsi
S - sf lemonade, spitz 1/2 cup sunflower seeds in shell dill pickle flavour
