Major scale victory - 200 lbs lost

As of today, I am down 189 lbs from 389 since my surgery in December 2014. I have no idea what my "end" goal will be, as it fluctuates between what I want to accomplish and what I feel is realistic. I feel better than I have since I was a teenager. By BMI standards, I am now considered "overweight".

Referral - Feb 25th, 2014. Info Session - April 7th
Surgeon#1 - May 15th Dr. Glazer - July 23rd, Dietitian/Social Worker/RN - Aug 1st, Surgeon #2 - Sept 10th, Surgery - Dec 16th, 2014!

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

That's awesome. Congratulations! My body pretty much settled at 165. My three years is the end of this month and I maintain at this weight. You will figure it out!
