What are you eating /doing today (Tuesday)
Slow on the boards today. I almost posted it was Monday since I am back at work. Snow is slowing all traffic down but it is moving. Work today then home. I did a yoga meditation cd last night. Probably not much today. I am giving up alcohol for 4 weeks. I want to lose some weight and I know booze does not help my weight loss.
b greek yogurt, blueberries
l chili, sf pudding
s apple, baby bel
d sausage tomato sauce, cabbage salad
s breton crackers, laughing cow, diet cranmelon juice with diet tonic. This is my new vice

Carbs a little high but mostly from legumes and apple
Alcohol is my downfall too Pat. What is this cranmellon drink like? Who makes it? Sounds interesting. My weight has been funny lately. My goal weight is 165 but fluctuates a couple of pounds. When I went to Mexico 3 weeks ago I was 166.6 and when I got home I was 169.2. Today I am down to 163.4. I haven't done anything drastic and I don't usually go below that 165 but I'm not complaining. I'm heading back to Mexico a week today so I rather be below my goal then above. Maybe I will lose a few more before we leave. Good luck with the no alcohol for a month. I should try that too (when I get back from vacation ;)

Glad you replied as I had just added the melon to my grocery list LOL I love anything mango, only problem for me is I want it with vodka and club soda. Maybe I will just try it with soda water and see how that is, not a fan of tonic water.
