Good morning everyone.  Birdiegirl it is -43 here in Ottawa this morning with the windchill, it sucks!  I really like your comment about grazing, it is so easy to do and amazing how much we can eat further out.  I got on the scale this morning for the first time in week and I lost 3 pounds!  This is my biggest loss in a really long time, I have been not losing or losing 1 pound a month for quite a few months now so yay! At 150lbs I am now only 5 pounds away from my goal of normal weight at 145. I kind of had a feeling from the way my clothes were fitting me, but it is nice to see it on the scale as well.  Today I am going to hibernate and study, I have no desire to go out in such cold weather.  I might hit the gym for hot yin yoga late afternoon.  I am babysitting my niece and nephew tonight for the first time in a really long time, should be fun.  Mostly I will be studying for an important exam next week.  I might cook something later on if I feel like it, something hot like chilli most likely.

Considering the temperature in Ottawa it is a balmy -22 in Toronto. My dog walk this morning was not long. It would not be too bad if it wasn't for the wind. I am going out shortly to get my hair cut. If I hadn't made the appointment a week ago I would just stay home.

Have to make soup today and probably some brownies for a lunch tomorrow.

I am trying pork chops tonight. Have not been able to eat them before due to dryness

b greek yogurt, blueberries

l meatloaf, yogurt

s pure protein bar

d pork chops, salad, broccoli

crackers, laughing cow

thanks Pat - I am pretty good ( terrible grammar).

Weather report looks like flurries every day.  I fly back late Friday if all is well and it calls for a  high of 50.  What a switch in the temps!
