Peanut Butter or alternative?

I'm 3 weeks post op and trying to decide if I should put peanut butter back into my plan at some point.

If I decide to try it I'm wondering what most people are using.. reg peanut butter, PB2,natural peanut butter etc.

Thanks for your suggestions! :)

I'm all about the PB2! Though I don't have issues with eating high fat foods so I might switch back to natural peanut butter at some point.

How are you recovering?

The surgery really knocked the stuffing out of me. But everything is going well, no complications etc.  Just going to take some time for the energy level to return. :)

Where did you get your PB2?

Slow and steady, you'll have lots of energy before you know it. If I'm ordering from the Low Carb Grocery I'll get it from there, or I get it from Popeyes health food store (though I don't prefer going there because they used to be rude to me when I was bigger).

What is PB2?

It's powdered peanut butter that is low sugar/low fat. It's pretty tasty added to things.

Thanks for your reply. So you can also add it to drinks, assume.

Where can I get it?  Popeyes?  Natural food stores?

Thanks,

Jen

I've seen PB2 at winners around Toronto lately.
