What are you doing/eating today ( Wednesday)
Don't feel guilty - not good for the psyche. You are at maintenance so its just different. I am not giving you excuses, but you have lots of pressure with school and work.
One day a week wont derail you - as long as the other days you eat well and within your caloric budget. Just cut back one or two days the following week to balance it out.
Its never ending this balancing act we have to do. Just like our 'thin' friends.
