So i had mu surgery on nov 16/15 and i seem to be hitting a stall.  I work out 3-4 times a week hard and burn 300 calories when i do cardio then i do weights for a bit.  I am consuming anywhere between 600-700 calories a day and i seem to be stuck for the past week at 57lbs lost.  I feel great but is there anything i cam do to get out of this funk of a stall? I am getting all my protein in and have very low carbs and sugar intake but would really like to keep losing.  Any suggestions or will this just correct itself with time?

600-700 calories should mean you are still losing about a pound a week.  Is the working out something new?  Are you carefully weighing and measuring your food and tracking it an app like My Fitness Pal.  If you are guessing about calories, it is easy to eat more than you think.

I use my fitness pal since before surgery faithfully and have a fitbit and been working out since jan 1 so nothing is new or changed and i weigh and track my food religiously which is why im stumped

No need to worry, you are only 3mths in....you've got LOTS of time and you WILL keep losing.  I'm not entirely sure that I would class 1Wk as a stall at all.  A couple wks or longer....than YES.

Your body will just go through these times where the scale may not reflect...but changes are still happening.  You tend to lose really quick in the first few months, and your body requires time to catch up and adjust.  Keep doing what you are doing (its sounds like you are doing great).  I keep a very close eye on carbs, drink lots and sometimes try a different form of exercise when this happens to me.....but it will pass, it happens to all of us.  Even more so as you get closer to goal.

I'm two months out, and have only lost 38 lbs (and 16 was pre-surgery), so I know how you feel.  I thought it would have come off a little faster.  I get frustrated very easily.  :(

This may sound strange but up your calories and change some food once in awhile. Your body needs a shake up. The inches are probably melting away but I know we all want to see the number on the scale move. Good luck!
