Great deal! 50 % off--Me!
So, as of last thursday, I weigh 167 lbs. I have also lost 167 lbs since my highest weight, just after my 50th birthday.
There is a remarkable difference of course--definition in my face, collarbones, cheekbones, and wow, a complete wardrobe replacement.
The best part, is how great I feel. Energy like crazy, and yes, more confident.
When you start out, you can't see how you will look and feel. It's all just a theory. But this is fantastic. Having my will-- to eat wrong, incorrectly or too much-- circumvented by surgery was the right path for me, and in the last 15 months, I have changed my approach to eating successfully. I also exercise, by walking at least 30 minutes a day. Just below is moi, lately.
For anyone starting out, please know, this is worth it!
Nov 27 2014. Just before surgery.
