Golfing again this morning. Too many days in a row and my body is paying for it, especially in the cool weather here. I would never golf in weather this cold at home. Complaining over.
Super Bowl party tonight - taking baked beans, heavy on the bacon.
STEPS - 10, 238
EATS
B - Leftover hamburg patty - 4 0z
mustard and sugar free pickles
Brunch - 1 scrambled egg with cheese
4 slices of bacon on 1 slice of rye toast
S - 4 slices of deli ham
D - 1/2 cup of baked beans
assuming there will be burgers so have 1 bunless burger in my totals
small amount of green salad
S - Dannon light and fit Greek

Sorry the weather is not cooperating. I always feel cheated when I am in Florida and it is cold. Just think of us when winter finally hits us next week with deep cold weather.

Good morning everyone. My neck is sore from hot yoga yesterday, we had a different instructor and it was not as good as usual. Amazing the difference the instructor can make in the quality of the class. I am supposed to go this afternoon but I might just do my regular workout routine instead, my regular instructor will be back next week. Might make some beef chilli today, I need to use up some meat from the freezer. Other than that I plan to do cleaning "meditation" throughout the day, really hard to get motivated to clean.

b - banana gnc protein shake
s - liberte plain greek yogurt with frozen berries added, a little vanilla extract
l - 2 mini flax protein "muffins" with margarine and sf Polner blackberry fibre jam. These are sort of like scones when heated, very enjoyable and packed with fibre and protein. Also very drying, so I will be having lots of liquids before and 30 minutes after eating them
s - celery with pb or cheez whiz on top
d - beef chilli if I make it, going to add lots of celery this time to cut the rich taste
s - sf protein hot chocolate

Lemon water first thing followed by a large green smoothie.
Spinach, 4 green apples, 2 cups of water, 1 banana, 1 orange, juice of a lemon and a whole lime with 2 cups water.
Lunch home made hummous with rice chips
dinner fresh salad with roasted chick peas and pumpkin seeds in sesame oi
Snack earl grey tea with organic rice milk and a tsp of organic honey.
If im really hungry later I might enjoy another smoothie.
