Golfing this morning - doing absolutely nothing this afternoon as my body is beat.

B - 3 slices of Jones Canadian bacon
2 eggs
L - 6 oz blackened tilapia filet
D - 1 hamburg patty with .5 oz cheese
sugar free pickles and mustard
S - 6 slices of Oscar Meyer deli ham
Lean and Fit Greek
MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 836, Carbs - 16 Grams, Protein - 109 Grams, Fiber - 0 Grams
All water - 3 litres to day to get me thru white knuckling low carbs - more decaf coffee and all vits

Good morning everyone. Birdiegirl your menu looks super low carb, which is awesome. I find when I do not have any fibrous stuff like low carb veg I get constipated though, even if I just have some sliced cucumber it really helps keep things moving. Either that or I take some lax-a-day in water. Do you find this an issue to? How do you manage the low fibre?
I am supposed to go for 12 hours fasting bloodwork this morning but I have lost my requisition form, it is driving me crazy looking for it. I might just have to wait and get it replaced by my endo. I am going to see Hail Ceasar this morning with my sister, it looks good, has George Clooney in it. This afternoon I have a hot yin yoga class, I can feel myself getting more flexible each time, it is really cool.

s - after bloodwork gnc lean banana protein shake, flax and protein muffin with a little margarine
l - sf beverage at the movies, possibly decaf coffee, couple of handfuls of popcorn
s - flax and protein muffin heated with a little margarine and nsa blackberry high fibre jam. I have been using this one, it has only 1 net carb and 10 calories per serving and added fibre. Expensive though at 7.49 per jar, it was a treat to myself at Christmas time. later...sf grape Dasani and these things are drying
d - parmesan garlic edamame pods
s - more of dinner, later...sf protein hot chocolate made from unsweetened chocolate almond breeze with sucralose and protein powder added
