80 POUNDS LOST!
I'm not really doing anything extra. I haven't even started exercising yet. I try to space meals at least 4 hours apart. I don't eat more than 1 cup of food per meal. I really restrict my carbs and don't eat more than 10g sugar per food choice.
My typical day includes:
Breakfast - 1 Chocolate Premier Protein Shake mixed in 2 large mugs of coffee
Snack: 100g Cup Yoplait Source Greek Yogurt (apple pie)
Lunch: 1/2 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese with 1/2 Avocado
Snack: 2 Babybel Cheese OR 2 Pancake Mini Muffins (1/2c Multigrain Pancake Mix, 1/3c Skim Milk, 1/4c Sugar Free Syrup - Baked in 12 mini muffin pan @ 350 for 15 minutes)
Dinner: 1 cup Homemade Chilli OR 3 Crustless Quiche Muffins
Snack: Coffee with 1 tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder
