Golfing this morning with friends then out tonight for dinner at a great Italian restaurant. Today is my last and best party day.

L - Arnolds thins with 2 oz deli ham and sugar free pickles
S - 6 oz champagne -
a couple of cheese and crackers
D - 1 slice of hot sourdough with butter
Penne with hot Italian sausage - rapini and sun dried tomatoes in garlic and olive oil
bite of DH's dessert
glass of merlot

Good morning and TGIF!! Enjoy your game and last party day Barb! not sure what the weekend looks like aside from some cooking for the week and family dinner with my children and grandson. May look into a warm trip for next month, I need some vitamin D!!

Good morning everyone. Made something really yummy for dinner last night - garlic Parmesan edamame pods. Just take pods that have been heated in microwave and add olive oil, salt, fresh minced garlic. Great snack alternative when you are craving something junky.

S - 2 flax protein mini "muffins"...later sf fruit punch
L - something hot - protein and veg
s - same as morning snack, more decaf coffee
d - maybe more garlic Parmesan edamame pods, they were so easy to make...later sf grape Dasani
s - same as dinner if I get hungry, I am fasting tonight 12 so I will have something around 830, later lots of water so I'm juicy for my bloodwork

Good morning Barb and all. Enjoy your party. I am hoping to finally get to swimming this week. Somehow every other day did not work out. I arrived home from work early last night so the dog and I went for a long walk. It is more about distance than speed when walking with the dog.
For the second night in a row I had leg cramps. I have been drinking more but that is not helping. At least now I know to get an ice pack at the first sign of one.
Home tonight. Dh is suppose to be picking up a steak so I have listed that. He may however decide on something else.
