Good luck on your tournament Barb. The weather here was amazing yesterday. I wasn't able to get to the pool due to work but did go out for a walk later. Unfortunately winter is back today. We really can not complain. It has so far been a really mild winter.
We have a lot of expenses this year so not considering going south. Plus the dollar although rising a little is still really bad. So this winter has been perfect for staying home. I hear Myrtle Beach may get swamped with Canadians since they are offering costs at par.
Work and home.

Afternoon all. Yesterday, i almost lost my hand. I was cutting a semi frozen lemon with a big knife and before i knew it the knife had gone through to my hand. It went all numb and tingly and hurt like the dickens. I'm good now, still a little bit numb. Clinic told me if i loose all feeling, to get it checked out. Good luck at the tournament barb. There will be some tofu pudding waiting for you when you're done, lol.

Have a great day all, Nia
I did the same once when coring a head of lettuce with a sharp new knife I was not used to. I pushed too hard and went right through the lettuce a stuck in my finger. When I pulled it out blood spurted out all over, I needed a dozen stitches but it was scary. Did you need stitches? I hope it heals up quickly for you.
Good evening ladies! Looks like everyone had a good day lined up! I wish I was on the course with you Barb! I am solar and my battery really needs charging!!! Nia I hope your hand heals quickly and you didn't do any damage to the nerves. Zizzler, have you ever tried to core a lettuce by smashing it core down on a hard surface? It pulls right out. Old trick from my days at Burger King as a kid! Lol a little late posting but hey, here isn't is.....
