Humber OR shutting down ? Funding issues ?

Just got off the phone with my surgeons office to find out that my March date has been canceled and the OR will be closed for a bit at Humber mentioning funding issues 

Does anyone know what's going on ?

Not sure if anything has changed over the years but the fiscal funding used to start in April every year so it could be that they used up all their OR budget for 2015 already so they have to wait until the new fiscal year starts.

Oh man my surgery date is next Friday they better not cancel mine I'm already 5 days into opti.

What Dr.   I have been waiting to hear from Klein    I was cleared Jan 7th. They said it would take about 2 weeks amd well I have heard nothing yet :-( 

Saw this post and my heart just stopped...  I hope it's nothing like that and just a delay...

I'm with Dr Huynh and my surgery is scheduled for February 12th and I have my PATTS appointment today. After reading this post I called my surgeons office to make sure my surgery is still a go and luckily it is. A huge sigh of relief from me that's for sure.  If they canceled 5 days into opti I may have exploded.

Oh GeeZ.  I'm starting my optifast tomorrow and my surgery date is on March 9 Dr.  Klien. 

I have a surgery date for March 9th Dr.  Klien. No one mentioned anything about cancelation.  I start optifast tomorrow
