Really all I did was cut up the pepper and the mushrooms.  The bruschetta was store bought and the chicken breasts come pre-stuffed.  I threw them into the crockpot frozen, dumped the bruschetta, peppers and mushrooms on top and cooked it on low during the day.  So easy, so good.

Morning all :)

CC, your dinner sounds delish!

Off to work for the day, and evening actually, as I have to run the mics and timers at a meeting. Have packed lunch, dinner and a couple of snacks but I forgot my huge thermos at the office so no homemade coffee today.  Hope to be home by 9:30-ish, likely a cup of tea and then to bed!

The dinner is good, and easy - "recipe" above.  Hope you get your yoga session in today Zizzler.  If I miss yoga in the week, my body aches.
