Good morning everyone. I hope everyone had a good weekend, I know I did.
This morning I am getting my bloodwork done and then it's off to swimming, coffee with a friend and then meeting another friend for lunch.
18 months post op
B. Large decaf protein coffee
S. Scrambled egg with fresh salsa
L. Not sure, but I will have a protein and some veg
S. Greek Yogurt
D. Half of a Prime chicken breast stuffed with spinach and feta done in the crockpot with bruschetta, peppers, mushrooms
S. the other half of dinner, and then a protein hot chocolate

good morning! Did anyone else find the weekend just flew by!? Not alot on the schedule today- work, walking with a friend afterwards and hitting the treadmill tonight. CC your dinner sounds soooooo good!
7 1/2 mths post op:

l- spaghetti squash with pasta sauce and a sprinkle of parm
s- jalenpeno yogurt dip with red pepper strips, 2 slices fat free turkey breast
d- 2 oz roast beef, 2 tbs mashed potatoes, 1/2 c cauliflower
s-2 mini baby bel
all water and vits

Really all I did was cut up the pepper and the mushrooms. The bruschetta was store bought and the chicken breasts come pre-stuffed. I threw them into the crockpot frozen, dumped the bruschetta, peppers and mushrooms on top and cooked it on low during the day. So easy, so good.

Morning
Today begins a party week for me. Great golf tournament with my friends plus birthdays at the end of the week. I am going to try and post my actual eats which will look poor - but remember I am in maintenance. Calorie total is fine - its the nutritional value that isn't great Going to have fun but keep a lid on going crazy. Look for low carb/calories beginning a week today.

B - 2 large mugs of coffee
Premier protein shake
L - 1/2 Moe's homewrecker burrito
3 chips - I count them out
S - kick off party for tournament - 2 Mich Ultra and 1 oz home made chips
D - Sicilian chicken soup
side garden salad with Balsamic on the side
S - Dannon light and fit Greek
6 low salt triscuits with 1 oz cheddar
MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 1,486, Carbs - 131 Grams, Protein - 89 Grans, Fiber - 25 Grams

Off to work for the day, and evening actually, as I have to run the mics and timers at a meeting. Have packed lunch, dinner and a couple of snacks but I forgot my huge thermos at the office so no homemade coffee today. Hope to be home by 9:30-ish, likely a cup of tea and then to bed!

Good morning. Cc your dinner sounds awesome. Karen that is a long day, try to pace yourself eh? Birdiegirl sounds like a fun week, enjoy! Regular workday today, the gym after work regular routine and possibly yin yoga since I missed it yesterday because work was longer than expected.

b - gnc lean protein shake banana flavour, later...decaf coffee
s - 1/2-1c cottage cheese with sf water enhancer added
L - spaghetti squash topped with garlic mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, a little Parmesan, 1/2 tsp evoo
s - 1/2-1c cottage cheese, later...unsweetened almond breeze with a little sucralose added
D - same as lunch
s - celery with cheez whiz or protein peanut butter, later...sf protein hot chocolate

The dinner is good, and easy - "recipe" above. Hope you get your yoga session in today Zizzler. If I miss yoga in the week, my body aches.
