Good morning Barb. Sounds like a great day. I ate far too much yesterday. Lunch was not too bad but grazed a little as it stretched over a couple of hours. I normally do not eat corn but had the most amazing ear last night at a Mexican restaurant. Grilled with spices and loaded with butter. So today back to the usual. I have added a protein bar because I am going shopping downtown and wandering. I probably will not eat it.
b 1 egg, 2 sl bacon, rye toast
l chicken salad, melba toast, source yogurt
s pure protein bar
d chicken cooked in salsa, salad
s breton crackers, laughing cow

Good morning everyone. Birdiegirl your menu looks really good, I like the jalapeno ketchup, do you make it or buy it? No I have not seen Motown but I'll bet my family in TO has, they go to the theatre a lot. Sounds really good, have fun. So its Saturday and my only day off this week as I am working tomorrow. Ya, such is life. The plan is to be a slug today and do whatever I feel, hot yin yoga at the gym later this afternoon, a nice long hot bath, read a book I have been meaning to get to, its due back tomorrow. I have been reading about cleaning as meditation and am hoping I can use this to kick start my cleaning, what I am doing is setting my timer for 5 minutes every hour, then I do 5 minutes of cleaning, which usually turns into anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour, depending, then I give myself an hour off. Amazing what you can get done in small bursts if you can convince yourself to get started. Going to save my grocery shopping etc. for tomorrow since I will be out anyways.
