RNY  6 Years 7 Months Post Op

Morning

Taking it easy this morning.  Going to play a little tennis this afternoon followed by a Zumba class.  Home tonight for dinner.

STEPS - 11,902

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

      Premier protein shake

 

L - 6 oz baked grouper

     .5 oz of Colby jack cheese 

 

S - 2 oz Oscar Meyer deli ham

 

S - Carnation lite hot chocolate made with decaf coffee and a squirt of whip topping

 

D - 1 Ultimate crab cake

     6 asparagus spears

 

S - 1/2 ruby red grapefruit

     Dannon light and fit Greek

 

MYFTINESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 904,  Carbs - 50 Grams,  Protein - 121 Grams,  Fiber - 6 Grams

 

All water and vits - more decaf coffee

Good morning all!  I have been MIA for awhile only due to my own inability to get up earlier!  New day,  I am going to try and get back to posting!  Just work and walking on my treadmill planned for today..

b- fruit last protein drink, source Greek yogurt

s- red pepper strips/ jalenpeno yogurt dip to dunk

l- 1.5 oz slow cooker salsa/ balsamic chicken: 1/2 c edamame 

s- hard boiled egg- maybe, if my pouch likes it today

d- 2.5 oz lime Chili tilapia, 1/2 c edamame 

s- mooza cheese string

all water and vits

Good morning everyone. Wenders welcome back!  Don't worry when you post, I have posted in the afternoon and evening before, it is still super helpful.  Just work and the gym tonight for my regular one hour routine.  I've started watching Hot in Cleveland during my workout, that show is so funny.  

B - gnc lean banana protein shake, later...decaf coffee

S - low carb pumpkin protein brownie, later..sf grape Dasani 

L - from the freezer 1/2 cup crockpot pork loin with mushroom gravy and 1 tbsp peas

S - 1 cup edamame beans in pod, heated sprinkled with salt, later...sf hot chocolate heated unsweetened chocolate almond breeze with a little sucralose added, later sf mango lemonade at the gym, later...quest bar if I get hungry

d - last pre made chicken thigh from farm boy, black soybean in low carb chilli sauce with bacon.  I really really liked the thighs and would buy them again for sure.

s - garlic mushroom made in the crockpot.  Just place mushrooms in crock on low with a little broth, a little butter. and garlic for a couple of hours.  It's very versatile and handy when you need to use up mushrooms fast.

Good morning everyone

Just work and home. I hope to go swimming today. Will see how work goes.

Had my 4 yr check-up yesterday. All well except a little low in D. Perhaps if we ever had sun it would help!I lauighed that the burse said I should not be afraid to add carbs without even looking at my menu. It seems to be their mantra lately. The Dietitian was sick so did not see her. I will not see her until next year for my last check in

Hello,

Things have been super busy, I have been logging my food into fitnesspal but I am finding it hard to get time to come here and log. However, I am here today so here is my menu:

b - egg, bacon (probably not the best choice but DH made it and beggers cannot be choosers)

s - Liberte 0% greek yogurt vanilla

l - roasted chicken thigh and leg 0% fat free cottage cheese with a lil squirt of hot sauce

s - hummus baby carrots

d - pan seared highliner haddock (love this stuff) spinach salad with cal wise balsamic

cal - 1119 carbs 65 fat 47 protein 97

can someone tell me what protein coffee is all about?

Protein coffee is coffee with protein added in some way.  Easiest is to add some rtd protein shake to regular coffee.  It's an easy way to get protein in if you drink coffee regularly.  Cc knows a lot about this subject you might want to ask her.
