Back to work today. Lots of e-mails and stuff to catch up on. I am off a lot this week with doctors appointments. I always feel guilty. Tomorrow is my 4 years check up. I have an ophthalmologist appointment  on Thursday and they always take forever. I actually had another with another eye doctor but cancelled it. Do not want to keep going for 6 months just to hear there is nothing to be done yet.

I hope to go swimming at lunch today but will have to see how things go. Home tonight.

b greek yogurt, raspberries

d chicken, kale salad, source yogurt

s small apple, baby bel

d more chicken, kale salad

s laughing cow, crackers

I need to lose some weight. Thought I would have done it by now but I have been sabotaging myself. I certainly had enough exercise last week!

L - 3oz salmon, 1/3 cup zucchini

S - 1/2 cup milk

D - 1 chicken thigh, 1/3 cup cucumbers

S - brownie i made the other day, 1/2 tbsp pb.

Have a great day all, Nia.

15 years is a long time to have a car.  Get something on the safeside that is good on mileage.  No sports car for you my dear.

I'm still sticking with the Guelph guidelines, but am finding I am not hungry and then I'm behind on getting in my protein from snacks.

Lol CC, the sports car has to wait. I have a 2000 Chevy Impala, just bought a newer version and it drives like a dream and it doesn't make funny sounds.

Thats tough that you are getting hungry. Trial and error i suppose. I find that i'm not too hungry on the plan and yes the protein mounts does play a part in it. See how it goes for a few more days and let them know that your old plan was working.

The problem is that I am not getting hungry.  Just going to have to force myself to eat to get in the protein numbers.  I'm sure this will change the further out I get.

So glad that you are driving in a safer vehicle.  Make sure you get good snow tires, that's a long drive 5 days a week.

Silly me, i misread your comment. It's true, when you truly stick to their plan, you don't get hungry, lol. Same here, i cut the salmon i had for lunch from 3oz to 2oz as per program specifications, and i'm still full. When you count the protein grams following the program, it comes to about 60-65g. Carbs and calories are higher though.

I've been supplementing my protein numbers with a protein coffee in the morning and a protein hot chocolate before bed.  Trying to get my protein numbers closer to 100g a day.  I still would like to lose a little more in case of bounceback and Dr. Agarwal gave me the OK to lose 10 more.  Trying to keep my carbs and calories low too.  This is harder with the guidelines.  I understand why they are limiting volume so that we keep our restriction.  I wonder if eating more stretches your pouch temporarily and that triggers a hunger response sooner, because on less protein per meal I am definitely not as hungry.  Still love my coffee.   Nothing will change that.
