What are you doing/eating today ( Sunday)
Good afternoon all. Thanks for the suggestion yesterday Z, my legs are much. I had to work this morning. My bosses husband went blind overnight after his monthly injection into his eye, to make matters worse, he only has one good eye. That was awful, so i just helped them out this morning.
2 yrs post op
B - 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon
L - 1 chicken thigh, 1/3 cup zucchini
S - handful nuts
D - 3 chicken wings, 1/4 cup cucumbers
S - 2oz fish

Nia that is horrible. I hope that he is able to gain some vision back in that eye. You are so sweet for helping them.
CENTURY CLUB MEMBER at 6 months post-op.
Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
I feel like I eat SO much compared to you guys!
18month post op
B-28g of roasted chick peas ( was in a hurry)
S-1oz Kale chips
L-150g extra lean ground turkey with 2 tbs guys bbq and 15g of light cheese
D-same as lunch
S-2 race cakes with 3 tbs of PB2
and a quest bar to top it off...
apparently I've fallen back into "snacking" but I had a few weeks of not paying attention to what I was eating and gained a solid 9lbs. Got back on track 6 days ago and VOILA! 9lbs gone....
