Hi all I was hoping I could have some help on time lines for Hamilton and also any feedback from people who had there surgery there I think I have sleep apnea and that will prolong my process

Orientation MARCH 21, 2015

Sleep study test JAN 23, 2016

first appointmentnt JAN 25 2016

I have my last test next week. All being well I will have the meet the doc and surgery scheduled soon after. My orientation was December 2014. Once you meet the nurse Jan 25th things start moving with the rest of the appointments.

I notice Toronto moves a lot quicker 

certainly feels like it. I believe you can request a transfer but that might mean further delay.

If you are at the stage of appts ....it won't be long.  You will need your sleep study results , likely a scope if you haven't already, ( which can take a while for an appt :(  ) colonoscopy usually is not required unless you are over 50 or have had previous issues.  I had all my required appts completed within about 2wks ( was able to slip in on cancelations) booking right at the desk in person with the receptionist is awesome for slipping into openings!!!

If no issues arise as you complete your required appts .and you don't require additional tests----.you will then meet with surgical staff and it was that day I got my date which was 3wks from that day.  You wait , wait , wait......then Bingo Bango.....it comes SUPER FAST!!!!   Get ready
