RNY  6 Years 9 Months Post Op

Morning

Today is a "me" day and time to get caught up with my personal grooming.  Mani-Pedi this morning followed by a facial.  I cant wait to feel put together again. 

My DH thought he was being nice and brought back some seed bread from one of the local bakery's.  Not a good idea as I had it for dinner last night - toasted with butter.  Other then mashed potatoes which is my number one fav food - toast is number 2.  ughh.  More discipline required today.  And by the way - my pouch can fit a very large amount of bread/toast.

Taking my cooler with me so I wont be tempted and hungry while out and just eat what's convenient.

STEPS - 11, 097

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

     Premier protein shake

 

S - Sargento 2% cheese string

 

S - Oscar Meyer deli ham - 3 oz

 

L - 2 medium eggs mashed with 1 TB of Miracle Whip light

 

D - 4.5 oz ( weighed) of swordfish - grilled

     5 asparagus spears

 

S - Dannon light and Fit Greek

     Mocha made with Carnation light - coffee and a squirt of light whip topping

 

 MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 895,  Carbs - 33 Grams,  Protein - 110 Grams,  Fiber - 9 Grams

 

All water and vits - ( 3 litres of water today )

Good morning,

My pouch could win the gold in stretching in the WLS Olympics. Seriously sometimes I wonder if they did anything to me!

I have mastered making Zopf, which is braided bread from Switzerland - my DH's homeland...it is so good you can eat it butterless. But hey, butter it anyway!

Menu details:

b - 2 egg omelette with spinach and feta

s - Liberté vanilla greek yogurt 0%

l - chili the DH made - minus the 4.00 celery that I bought for him to put in it

s - the 4.00 celery I bought with humus

d - chicken, baby carrots

The numbers:

c 1071 carb 48  fat 61 protein 81

Sunny I can also eat a lot more now and I am not liking it at all, makes me nervous that I will regain.  I have noticed that when I drink more liquids I eat less, especially if its decaf coffee or tea.  I have no idea how much liquid you are drinking but would this possibly help you feel fuller between meals?  Your menu looks really good by the way.  Celery in chilli is awesome, maybe next time eh?  At least you did not have to cook :0)
