What are you eating/doing today ( Tuesday)
Just want to add that I just returned from a restaurant meal. Most is packed in my to go box for tomorrow night dinner. Almost 7 years later and my pouch is still in control.
I eat 4 - 5oz protein and I am done. If I have some starch or veg then only 3 oz max of protein and I am full. My last endoscopy and my pouch was perfect. This was in July 2015 so a little over 6 years out.
chicken fills me the quickest and usually only 3 or 4 oz. Fish is more of a slider so 5 oz. Beef I can do 4 to 6 oz. Still this many years later I eat my protein serving first. Generally game over for me
