Low Carb Grocery
They both have some similar products and also some different ones. I have ordered from both and never had a problem. It really depends on what you are looking for. How far out post op you are, and what types of things you like. I suggest browsing their websites, and see what interests you. Then before you order read the reviews, they are very helpful. If you do not find a review on a certain item you can read the reviews of that product on other websites (like Amazon.com). Both offer free shipping on orders $100 plus. Hope this helps.

I second what Cc said and would just add that I find the lowcarbgrocery website to be more user-friendly than lowcarbcanada. As for products, that is up to you but be aware that many contain sugar alcohols, which can cause gastro problems if too much is taken at once. Some of the first things I bought from there: Dasani Syrups (Banana, German chocolate cake, butter rum, etc...) and ez-sweetz (sucralose sf sweetener). Have a look around, check out the nut info and ingredients, see what interests you. Let us know what you buys and how you like it, I am always looking for new products to try.
