Nia that brownie sounds really good.   For how long did you bake it and at what temperature?

Trying to stick to Guelph's guidelines today.  So far so good.  But early days yet.  For some reason, I have felt less hungry, but we all know how these things can change.  I am on a road trip tomorrow so I have already packed my meals.  Still trying to figure out what the portion sizes look like and don't want to have to buy my food at restaurants tomorrow.

I baked it at 350 for about 45 mins or until the knife came out clean. I hear you on sticking to the guidelines as well. I'm not finding it hard and i'm also felling fuller for longer as well, early days eh. Be safe on your road trip.

Omg I am totally trying that thanks for posting.  How much protein and pumpkin did you use?  Same as Cc wondering about time and temp to cook it.

I used 40g protein, 1 1/4 cup pumpkin puree. 1 tbsp of sour cream. I got six pieces out of this batch. I think MFP said about 80 cals per serving.
