Random food question

i have a random silly question but I love egg salad and I am trying to find different ways to mix up my protein choices and I am curious if anyone has any suggestions as to how I can eat egg salad without putting it in a sandwich form or eating it just out of a bowl.  I am drawing a blank as to what I could substitute instead of bread

A few things come to mind: lettuce wrap, avocado half, on cucumber slices, wrapped in nori (personal fave), egg white wrap...

I make deviled eggs. I will make 4 eggs, then have 2 halves each day for snack. Love them!

Use celery and carrots and "scoop" the egg salad with them

It sort of depends on how far out from surgery you are. The suggestions of lettuce, cucumber slices, celery and carrots are great - but not until you're able to actually eat those things. Avocado slices could work earlier out (soft/creamy), but I'm drawing a blank on other suggestions unfortunately. lol My first few bites during the pureed stage was whizzed up egg salad on 2 saltines. CRACKers are never the ultimate choice though.

I usually have mine on Melba toast. Usually one with Melba then just eat with a spoon!!  Same as tuna.
