Meeting in Kingston?

Hello,

I am new year and just starting my journey - as I am not a good writer (English is my Second Language) and I still feel new in Canada, I would prefer an actual in person support group.

I've read in the older postings that there is a support group in Kingston meeting on Thursdays......

Anybody has any information?

The meetings are held the first Thursday of each month at Ongwanada from 6pm til 8:30. I am a regular at the meetings and it's a great group. There is also a Facebook group. If you send me a private message with your email address, I can add you to the FB group.
