What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)
As you probably know, since I've certainly whined enough about it lol, I get terrible leg cramps - calves, feet, toes, shins (shins are the absolute WORST), etc. Some of my required medication causes me to dehydrate and depletes my potassium, so I supplement with potassium each day, as well as magnesium. HOWEVER.... taking additional potassium is not right for everyone. High potassium can indicate heart problems (cardiac arrest, actually) so I always recommend seeing your family doc before adding it into your supplement regime. I try to keep my water intake high(er) when possible as well.

No idea. LOL Sometimes I get them, sometimes I don't. I haven't seemed to have found the answer as of yet. I added the magnesium upon recommendation from my doctor. It certainly hasn't hurt anything thus far. I wish I had the answer (for all of us) because the pain is frankly very excruciating and just plain terrible.
