Good day everyone.  Off to work with psyllium egg white wraps for lunch and snack, I was able to get 14 wraps out of 1 large egg white carton, so cost is about .40 per wrap, not bad.

Good morning Zizzler.  We had quite the storm here last night.  DH couldn't get the lock on the car unfrozen and the doors were frozen shut.  I decided to stay home today and start an early spring clean.  My legs and arms are still sore from the gym yesterday.

That's a good price for the wraps Zizzler.

I heard you guys are getting 20-30 of snow too. We got rain all day yesterday then it froze overnight so it was a slippery this morning.  I am tempted to stay in tonight rather than hit the gym.  As nice as the yoga was my right calf is rock hard for some reason and right big toe is super sore.

I would call the doctor.   Sore big toe always makes me think gout.

Good morning all. Digestive problems this morning again. My own fault. Eat crap and pay for it. I went off the new meds for pain and I definitely feel a difference. I am going back on them tonight.

Not sure if I will go swimming. I will see how it goes.

Leg cramp last night. Not sure why. Not like I did a ton of exercise yesterday. I have my 4 year coming up soon. I will see what my labs look like maybe something is deficient and causing this.

b greek yogurt, blueberries

s banana

Sorry to hear about your cramps and digestion.  I never knew how bad leg cramps could be until I had this surgery, I hope some day they figure out the reason and how to stop it.  Hope that snow passes you by, sounds rotten.

Hi Pat:

I get those stupid leg cramps also, sometimes in behind my shin or they pull the toes up on your foot.  The only thing I find helps is to hobble to the freezer and put the affected foot on an ice pack for relief.  Seems to help me, have you got any secrets?

I find nothing helps, I just have to let it runs its course.  When I have a little cramp walking it off seems to help, but with these big cramps I just try to distract myself until it goes away.  I have heard potassium and lots of water might help.  If anyone has any ideas I would be very interested too.

Yes I find the ice pack the best. It usually happens when I am upstairs sitting watching tv. It is hard to hobble downstairs to get a freezer pack in time. I sometimes just get a cold wet towel. Fortunately this episode my DH got me a freezer pack.
