What comes next?

I see dr glazer on Monday, what happens next? Do I have to wait until he approves me before I get an appointment with dr Hagen again? Feeling little lost because I don't know whats next and how do I get the appointment to see dr Hagen?

I saw him today and was cleared soooo I'm just waiting for a call from Dr Kleins office for my 2nd appt   They said within  two weeks I will hear
