Hi Pat!!
Today is a new day. I know what you mean about an empty fridge. Because we are going to Mexico I don't want to buy too many groceries so I was hunting around the other day planning my dinners and saw some tuna in the fridge. We had a tuna melt last night on flat bread. I had 2 small squares and it was yummy. We mixed it with some cream cheese, green onion, salt, pepper, lemon juice and dry mustard and then we topped it with some shredded moz cheese. We still have 4 pieces left over so it will be a good lunch or snack for us over the next few days. Have a great weekend. Happy snowshoeing!!
Pat I am so with you on the going somewhere warmer. Last winter was brutal, and this one has been mild in comparison, but for some reason the cold i****ting me more.
