Hi everyone:
working 3:30-11:30 today
B-1/2 cup strawberries with cool whip
premier protein drink
Martin Grove hot chocolate
L-3 ribs from last night
2 packs of thin addictives--do not buy these definitely addictive
S- not sure yet but will be protein only and maybe a banana
will be having 2 more hot chocolates at work
All seems to be going okay, will soon be a week and I will get weighed
