What are you eat/doing (Tuesday)
Good morning. What is a cottage cheese bake? Is it a casserole? Just work and home and the gym for me today, feeling anxious about back to work and exercise helps a lot. Did my first hot yoga in months yesterday, had to stop for a while as per my physiotherapist. Noticed a huge improvement in my range of motion in my arm and knee so I think the Physio really helped, knock on wood.

b - gnc protein shake with decaf crystals added
S - cottage cheese with sf mango Orange nestea water enhancer, later...decaf coffee
l - cucumber slices with blue menu Swiss cheese
S - same as morning snack, later...water with sf enhancer
D - black soybean spaghetti with Thai sauce

Morning all. So cold i can't even think straight. Hope everyone is well. Last day of my vacation :( back to school tomorrow. Nothing planned for today, lazy day.
2yrs post-op
B - 3/4 spaghetti squash with protein powder, 1 tbsp pb (didn't like this too much, better with pumpkin)
S - 2 tbsp hummus, 1/4 cup cucumbers
L - 1/4 cup red beans, 1/2 cup extra lean ground chicken
S - 1/4 cup tuna
D - 3oz pork, 1/2 cup parsnips and carrots (didn't eat it last night)
S - 1 cup cashew unsweetened milk, 1 tbsp sugar free cappuccino.
