Morning all. The holidays are finally over and happy new year to you guys. Normalcy returns for me and i go back to school Wednesday, boo. I rested well over the holidays and did finally manage to go to my appt in Guelph. I was told to try and not think too much about my weight and keep working the plan. It was a good visit, but the only thing i don't like is that overtime you visit, you see a different dietician who never agrees with what the others say, so it can be hard to decide who to follow.

B - coffee and cream, 3oz pork, 1/3 cup spinach

S - 1oz brie, 6 carrot sticks

L - 1/2 cup tuna, 1/4 cup cucumbers

S - No added sugar jello chocolate pudding

D - 3oz boston butt roast, 1/2 cup carrots and parsnips

S - sugar free cappuccino made with half cup milk

Hope everyone has a great day and stay warm, Nia

I agree seeing a different dietitian can be frustrating. At this point you can take what each says and work it into what you find works for you. This will be your plan going forward. Advice is great but it will be you implimenting into what works for you

Thanks Pat. So true that the advise is great, though the hard part is finding what works for you. I decided just to keep it simple and over think things, because that when i start getting into trouble and obsessing too much.

Kinda forget how to do this

B- premier protein drink

S-dark and rich hot chocolate Martin Square

L-3 oz ham

S-dark and rich hot chocolate, brushchetta with Melba toast X 4

D-Scheiders chicken pot pie

all day drinking water with Strawberry banana orange crystal light

Just trying to cut back carbs to almost zero and substitute the hot chocolate for any other sugars

haven't stepped on the scales yet

this is instead of 5 day pouch test

I am determined, thinking about what I'm putting in my mouth everytime I open it

not quite ready to count calories yet but soon!
