Good morning Barb. Hope you find a reservation. We are going for a quick dinner at the 3 Brewers before a comedy show at Massey Hall. The 3 Brewers would not be my choice but it is my Dh gift going to the comedy show and this is his choice. I got up late today and ran out to get my blood work done. Out shortly to meet Zizzler for coffee. Always nice to meet people you interact with on the forum.

I looked at the 3 brewers menu and there is nothing that is not bad for me. So I will just have to try to pick something when I get there.

b greek yogurt, raspberries

l left over salad with chicken and blue cheese

s baby bell

d have no idea

Have a Hapy New Year everyone

What is MYFITNESSPAL?  Is it an app?

Yes it is an app.  Once you create an account and log on you can track your food intake with macro's etc.  ( protein - carbs etc  ) I track these two plus calories,  potassium and fiber

It might take a little getting used to.  I eat a rotation of food so I find it quite easy now to quickly select and see my stats.  It also has lists of most restaurant foods ( chains) plus Blue menu products etc from grocery stores

Good luck - I have found keeping a journal of my food and tracking my calories especially, to be invaluable to keeping me on the straight and narrow
