Happy New Year!

We made it to 12:15, followed by dragging our old butts off to bed with grumbling about "we're too old for this". LOL 2015 was an awesome year, marred only by the last 3 weeks, and 2016 is looking very bright, happy and healthy. Wishing all of you the same. xo

No formal resolutions for me - they've never worked out as planned in the past. ;)  "Lose weight", "Exercise more", and others usually ended up in "failure" - there are no failures, only challenges yet to be successfully addressed. :)

Not a lot on the go today, though I guess I could consider taking down the tree (boo!).

9.5 years post-op

-- coffee with cream x 4 over the day --

B - GNC Total Lean (banana)

Brunch - 1/2 English muffin topped with 2 slices bacon, 1 egg, tomato slice (I swear I could eat this everyday, even without the English muffin lol)

Later Lunch - 4 melba toast topped with tuna salad & sour dill pickles

D - 3-4 oz BBQ chicken breast, veggie stir-fry

S - not sure, likely just coffee/tea

Have a fabulous Friday!

K. :)
