Morning
Lots of running around today to finish selecting knobs and trim etc. Our house echo's in its emptiness so I cant wait to be finished and out the door.
This should be my food for the day unless I can convince my DH to dine out. Still craving fish and still haven't had any for awhile.
STEPS - 4478 - I was a slug yesterday
EATS
B - 2 large mugs of coffee
Premier protein shake
B 2 - Egg McMuffin
L - 2 ham roll ups
D - 1 cup of leftover shepherds pie
S - 2 small biscotti

Good morning. Had a heck of a time getting on the site. I kept getting error messages. My two kids birthdays are this week. It was decided last week I would make dinner for them this Sunday. My son e-mails last night to tell me he had a hockey game and would have to leave by 6:00 on Sunday maybe we could have it today. Thanks for the heads up. So shortly I am off to buy groceries to make dinner. I still need to walk the dog and buy my son a gift. I will probably buy a cake since I do not think I will have the time to make one and ice it. Usually I have the table set and everything done by the time they arrive. Good dinner will not be until 7:00pm

Good Morning Barb, Pat, and everyone else!!
Not much doing today, working around the house. Barb, I got a fitbit and I haven't even reached your "slug" level of exercise... I have been increasing my steps daily though, having the fitbit has motivated me. I have my stress test next week, and the track trial the week after. Once I am passed to proceed, I will be starting the cardiac rehab program. I am happy to be able to start a regular exercise program. My left leg is still swelling. I started physio for lymphatic drainage massage, and it seems to help, at least for the day. I need to get a compression garment for my left leg. So once I get the fitting, and my surgeon signs off, I will enjoy the hell of having to put the friggin thing on daily. Oh well...... life is good...
B- source greek with walden cranberry sauce
L- baked chicken wings, 3 small, about 100gr, nsa bbq sauce
D- 4 blue menu lean meatballs, quarter cup newmans marinara
S- haven't decided yet, totals are without snacks
mfp totals: calories 405, carbs 13, fat 22, protein 37 (yikes, definitely need to up the protein)

Barb, sounds busy at your house - definitely a good reason to go out for dinner!
Have to run a couple of errands today once I get my lazy-ish butt in gear, have to finish off a work item that I wasn't able to do the week before the holidays (since I wasn't there), not sure what else I'll get up to.

S - muffin-tin crustless quiche, maybe another clementine
D - I took my last homemade lasagna out of the freezer yesterday, so we'll have that. Carby-cheesy-meaty heaven - I'll mostly eat all the guts
