L - 2 ham roll ups
D - 1 piece of hot sourdough
4 oz pecan crusted salmon
1/2 cup of sweet potato hash
1 Tb of olive oil used in cooking
S - Source dessert yogurt

Your dinner sounds great. Work today then home. Did not get any presents wrapped. I will need to do the one for work for tomorrow. I may make some squares to add to the package.
Left over chicken tonight. My daughter has been working straight through. Tomorrow will be her first day off in almost 2 weeks. So we are having the chicken we cooked in case she came to dinner.

Morning all. Been awol the last few days, recovering and i'm loving it. I finally go to Guelph today for my 2yr follow up, 2 months too last, better late than never. Then i come home and finish up prepping for the big day. I got a good bonus at work the other day and i'm not sure what to get for myself. I have too many clothes and i don't really care that much shoes. For now, i put the money in my savings account, maybe someone has other good suggestions.

Been a whirlwind of fun around here with an emergency surgery topping the holiday glee. Starting to feel more myself, time to get back here - I missed all of you! Not much on the go today - perhaps finish decorating the tree, wrap a couple of presents, TV... more TV... ? :) My eats are off as I'm struggling to get enough in at this point, will sip protein shakes throughout.

B - GNC Total Lean (pumpkin spice)
S - 1 scrambled egg, 1/2 slice of toast with an oz of old cheddar melted on it
L - beef/veggie soup, maybe a couple of saltines
S - same as lunch I imagine
D - the plan is to have BBQ chicken breast with green/yellow beans

Good Morning Everyone, Slow start to the day today. Just finishing up my coffee before I have some lunch. Think I will go out and finish up some last minute shopping.
B- source greek with half package of simply protein crunch
L- 3oz leftover roast beef, 2oz green beans
D- 3oz rotissere chicken, 2oz green beans.
Have not decided about snacks yet, will add mfp totals later.
