RNY  6 Years 8 Months Post Op

Like most, a busy day ahead.  Dinner tonight with friends.

 

STEPS - 6645

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

    Premier protein shake

 

S - 1 oz hard parmesan

 

L - 2 ham roll ups

 

D - 1 piece of hot sourdough

     4 oz pecan crusted salmon

     1/2 cup of sweet potato hash

   1 Tb of olive oil used in cooking

 

S - Source dessert yogurt

 

MYFITNESSPAL Totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,045,  Carbs - 42 Grams,  Protein - 95 Grams

 

All water and vits

Your dinner sounds great. Work today then home. Did not get any presents wrapped. I will need to do the one for work for tomorrow. I may make some squares to add to the package.

Left over chicken tonight. My daughter has been working straight through. Tomorrow will be her first day off in almost 2 weeks. So we are having the chicken we cooked in case she came to dinner.

Morning all. Been awol the last few days, recovering and i'm loving it. I finally go to Guelph today for my 2yr follow up, 2 months too last, better  late than never. Then i come home and finish up prepping for the big day. I got a good bonus at work the other day and i'm not sure what to get for myself. I have too many clothes and i don't really care that much shoes. For now, i put the money in my savings account, maybe someone has other good suggestions.

2yrs post op

B - left over pot roast

L - insides of burrito 

D - 3oz chicken, 1/4 cup mustard greens, 1/4 cup corn meal

S - tea

I'm partial to "meaningful" jewelry, such as Pandora bracelets, etc. Perhaps something that signifies your journey that can be added to as time passes. :)

That's a good idea and i never thought about that. I like charm bracelets, so i think i'll get one and add to it every yr on my anniversary or any other milestone in my lief, like having a child.

Morning all

Remember me? lol

Been a whirlwind of fun around here with an emergency surgery topping the holiday glee. Starting to feel more myself, time to get back here - I missed all of you! Not much on the go today - perhaps finish decorating the tree, wrap a couple of presents, TV... more TV... ? :) My eats are off as I'm struggling to get enough in at this point, will sip protein shakes throughout.

9.5 years post-op

-- coffee with cream x 4 over the day --

B - GNC Total Lean (pumpkin spice) 

S - 1 scrambled egg, 1/2 slice of toast with an oz of old cheddar melted on it

L - beef/veggie soup, maybe a couple of saltines

S - same as lunch I imagine

D - the plan is to have BBQ chicken breast with green/yellow beans

Welcome Back Karen!  I was just thinking about you this morning.  I am sorry to hear that you had to have emergency surgery.  Hopefully things will get better for you from here on in.

Good Morning Everyone, Slow start to the day today.  Just finishing up my coffee before I have some lunch.  Think I will go out and finish up some last minute shopping. 

B- source greek with half package of simply protein crunch

L- 3oz leftover roast beef, 2oz green beans

D- 3oz rotissere chicken, 2oz green beans.

Have not decided about snacks yet, will add mfp totals later.
