Thank you, no carb cravings just kind of want to be prepared for Christmas should I want something with a little spread.  Will probably just stay away.

Maybe ask the dietician at your bariatric centre.  I remember getting recommendations from mine that included triscuits, low carb tortillas, finn crisp, ryvita and wasa.  I also eat Haddad high protein pita bread sometimes (buy mine at loblaws).  You can pull the pita bread apart, slice in triangles, put on a baking sheet and spray with non-stick cooking spray, sprinkle with seasonings of choice (garlic, dill, salt, cinnamon and stevia, etc...) then bake in oven for a crispy chip like treat.

I enjoy 2 triscuits with 1/2 a triangle of laughing cow spread on them.

Don't know if there is such a thing as low carb cookies or crackers but at this point in my journey it is not part of my diet.

I avoid carbs at every level. Introducing carbs will only start into habit that will slow your weight loss.

Dont know where you are in your goal weight but my first concern is my protein which will save your muscle mass and allow to to have the weight loss of fat.

If you do consume these food I would make sure that they are very limited in you daily diet.

Moderation is the key.

Good luck into your weight loss.
