Cookie / Cracker Question
It is so true! There are definitely crackers out there that sound ok-flavoured like chips but the problem is you cant just have 3! 3 turns to 10 to half a bag...and they are so good you don't even add protein to them. That's why with Melba I put cheese or the very rare time so peanut butter on it in the morning if I have run out of my greek yogurt. Turkey pepperettes are my saviour -one completely satisifies me and they have protein and decent nut value. I buy the 2 pack at Costco and they are a lot cheaper there than at any grocery store.
Good luck with the carb battle! Once you cut them out it gets easier...

No carb cravings, just wanting to be prepared for my first Christmas and if someone should bring an awesome dip just wondered if there was crackers out there that are ok. And I was thinking of making cookies using splenda. But I certainly do not want to eat and then want more.
