Morning
Busy time of year for everyone. I also have a full day today. I find by the time I eat my dinner and sit down at night I am half asleep. Doesn't take long for me to crawl into bed afterward.
Had a little too much to eat yesterday plus I feel full of salt from too many restaurant meals. Going to go low on calories today plus lots of water to flush the salt out

L - 3 oz leftover beef tenderloin
D - 1.5 cups of shepherds pie

Morning Barb, boy are you up early, makes two of us lol. Guess what this week is?? Exam week, then the much talked about xmas break, phew!!! Wish me luck guys.

Good morning Barb. I did almost nothing yesterday bu****ch old crappy Christmas movies. Just over tired. For some reason I am still tired today. Not sure these antibiotics are helping much.

Good evening everyone, I feel tired too Pat, its tough this time of the year the night are so long, the days so short. After Dec 21 the days will get longer again, looking forward to that. Anxiety was better than usual today, hopefully that will continue. I have been using the app called Happify nearly every day, its supposed to make you happier if you do the daily exercises, and apparently I am 10 points happier than 2 weeks ago. Not too shabby, and its free.

l - sf orange koolaid, later...toppings only off a slice meat pizza

All water and vitamins, extra vit c since its cold season
Good Evening All, little late to the party today. Zizzler I may check out the Happify app. Pretty good day today. Saw surgeon, incision doing better. I can take care of it myself now, see him in a month for ultrasound to check the anurism is totally closed off. He also gave me a script to start the lymphatic drainage massage on my leg. Hopefully get the swelling under control. I am seeing the physiotherapist on Saturday. Surgeon also gave me the go ahead to restart the cardiac rehab program, so I am booked in to start in January. So nice to be getting better instead of constant health issues.
B- half tin tuna salad, with cuke slices and celery sticks (never had it yesterday)
L- small salad topped with chopped ham, cheese, nsa dressing
D- half ham steak, half cup cauliflower, cheese melted on top
S- source greek yogurt, simply whey protein bar, Gnc strawberry shake (throughout the day)
