Good morning birdiegirl. Will you not be hungry eating only 1 oz of cheese for lunch? I have started eating a little cheese for snacks and I do find it filling btw, very helpful tip you gave me. Maybe you will be having more beverages to tide you over? Have the next 2 days off from work and I am so happy about that. I have lots of cleaning and cooking to do but I am going to find time for myself by reading, taking nice hot baths, snuggling my dog, listening to music, and doing my nails. I still have not started my Christmas shopping, but I think this year I will just do gift cards to keep things simpler.

I will feel more empty then hungry. I knew we would be too busy to stop for lunch yesterday so the cheese saved me.
I really love the Emma's Parmissimo snacks. They are 1 oz of hard parmesan reggiano wrapped in foil and they come 5 to a bag. Expensive - roughly a dollar each, but I love the taste and they are very dense and fill me well. Better then cheddar for some reason and I just keep them in my purse without refridgeration
Also drank water and had a decaf along the way. And an early dinner when we arrived home.
If I eat dense protein my hunger dissipates - head hunger is always a struggle unfortunately but so much better if I avoid carbs and sugary tasting things and drink. For me anyway.
My menu today is brutal - I will wake tomorrow hungry. Going to go mostly protein on Monday to help with the carb hangover I am going to suffer.
I love Christmas, but I am ready for the food portion of it to be over. Even with reasonable choices its tough eh?
Good morning all. I thought I was finished shopping but it appears I need a couple of more things. So I will also be shopping today. I also need to do some serious grocery shopping.
Last night dinner turned out to be gret. It was lemon chicken. I didn't have much because she also served a great salad that was large with egg and bacon and shrimp. I could have just had that and be happy.
