Meeting friends with small children for lunch at Boston Pizza today. One of my least favorite restaurants but its great for little kids. Will have the same dish I always have there and the only one that I can find that is remotely healthy

B - 2 large mugs of coffee
Premier protein shake
L - Boston Pizza grilled chicken garden greens salad - 2/3 of the plate
D - Home made shepherds pie - 1.5 cups
1 cup of sweet kale salad about 45 minutes before dinner
S - Source dessert yogurt with squirt of topping

Good Morning All, Barb, you certainly are the earlie Birdie these days! Doing a pile of laundry this morning, maybe go visit my sister this afternoon, and go to Costco, check out their vitamins and get some premier protein. She tells me they have a scooter I can use, never done that before
I am going to try, a little less food at meals times, and having real snacks in between. I find I am getting more hungry at meal times, then I eat too much, and feel uncomfortable. This eating is sure a work in progress.

L- josephs mini pita with tuna, tbsp fat free miracle whip, lettuce. few celery sticks and cucumber slices for dipping in walden french drsg
D-half ham steak, 1 tbsp nsa syrup, half cup cauliflower, 10gr cheddar melted on top
S 1- the other half tin tuna, ff mayo, lettuce, cuke slices, celery sticks
S 2- source greek vanilla, maybe some sf flavoring
S 3- syntrax cappucino made with water and 2tbsp powder milk
