What are you eating/doing today ( Thursday)

Morning
Been awake since 3. Going to try and get in to see my doc today to get an Xray of my back. I am wondering if I have another compression fracture - damn tennis
Ended up going out for dinner last night - made semi good choices and weight is the same today. Chicken souvlaki will have to wait until Friday night as I am out tonight with my high school friends - yes that was a long long time ago! University friends Tuesday and High School tonight - I am lucky to have so many of my old friends around town
Here is my plan for today
B - 2 large mugs of coffee
Premier protein shake
S - 1 hard boiled egg
L - 1.5 cups of steak soup
D - Glass of merlot
1 small piece of hot sourdough dipped in balsamic
( I could likely go home after this as this is sufficient - but I will manage the rest)
6 oz pecan crusted salmon
1 bite of sweet potato hash
1 or 2 asparagus spears\
1 TB of olive oil in my totals for use in cooking - I am assuming this
1/2 of a small dessert - they serve them in liqueur glasses - cheesecake based and pretty darned good. gives you about 3 bites
Assuming I eat all of my dinner - which really is unlikely - my stats are the following
Calories - 1,477, Carbs - 84 Grams, Fat - 63 Grams, Protein - 91 Grams
All water and vits

Sorry to hear your back is bothering you again. Nothing more miserable.
I think I have come to the conclusion that my muscle cramps maybe from not enough hydration. I thought I drank a lot yesterday but looking back I realise I didn't. Major cramps last night.
DH has an extra day off this week and is making dinner. This is great except he has no idea what he is making. He is good about cooking food I can eat so will just have to wait and see.
Out tonight to a cookie exchange. When I come home I will be freezing what I get. I will let DH have a few then they need to be out of sight. The sugar cookies on my counter in the kitchen are killing me. I am such a cookie monster.

Morning all. Sorry about your back Barb, hope the x-ray doesn't show anything bad. Mmmm cookies Pat, i just like anything sweet and i know i don't dump, so i have to be really careful i don't get carried away.
Just did my final Writ prompt, phew. Tomorrow Sociology, can't wait to get that done with.

S - silk cashew
D - chicken thigh, 1/4 cup green beans, 1/4 cup roasted pumpkin
S - jello no sugar added pudding, 1 tbsp protein powder, tea
641 cals, 38 carb, 31 fat, 65 protein

Unfortunately this week i am. My stomach feels so tight. Today alone i had to force breakfast, lunch and dinner. I did manage to eat 3/4 of dinner and breakfast, but it was a struggle. Even milk or liquids make me feel tight :( because i was going to do a shake instead of pudding, no dice. Going to Guelph on the 21st, will definitely mention it and will let you know. Thanks Barb.
