Morning
Feels good to be home. Will weigh myself tomorrow and see if my weight is the same after 4 weeks of vacation. I think I balance my good with my not so good days plus lots of activity to give me a net zero change. Here's hoping
Lots on the go today including taking a friend to a hospital appointment. Going to make some steak soup as soon as my groceries arrive.
STEPS - 7702
EATS
B - 2 large mugs of coffee
Premier protein shake
L - 2 hard boiled eggs mashed with 1 TB of Miracle whip light
S - 1 oz hard parmesan
D - 1.5 cups of steak soup with 1/3 cup of shredded habanero cheese on top. I eat the broth and veggies first - meat last to keep it in my pouch the longest
S - Source dessert yogurt with a squirt of light whip topping

All water - 3 litres - plus more decaf coffee and all vits

Hi Barb! Glad you enjoyed your time in Florida. I weighed myself when I got home from Mexico and was happy to see I was only up 2ozs! Right back down those 2 ozs the next day. My DH on the other hand was up 8 but has lost 5 so far. We had 2 big Xmas parties this weekend so see what the scale says today. good luck with your weigh in tomorrow!
Good morning all. Glad you arrive home safe Barb. Made cookies with my daughter last night. Managed to only have one. I have frozen some of them. Others I am taking for a cookie exchange on Thursday. I made one of my DH's favourites so made a container of 6 for him. Sent a lot home with my daughter. We are having A Christmas Carol reading at my church this Friday. I think I am suppose to bring treats for that as well.
I am going to try going swimming later today. I find when I swim my joints do not bother me as much but this pool is just too crowded. Someone swam into me last time. I am hoping a later time will be better. Usually I try to have my lunch after swimming. But I am going to try having an early lunch and then swimming and hour later.

Good Morning All. Feeling a little depressed and weepy today. Unable to do any Christmas decorating or shopping, makes me sad, I have bins and bins of Christmas stuff
I have 3 doctor appointments tomorrow, and I am sick of seeing doctors. My hair is still falling out like crazy, my weight is stalled, not eating that great, but trying to get back on track. I looked backed through mfp to look at days from when I was really strict and on track. Sorry about my venting.... again

L- lean roast beef roll ups with pickle and cream cheese. 2 green onions, few bell pepper slices, 1 tbsp walden french for dipping

This is the place for venting, vent away! It sounds like you are having a hard time, sorry to hear that. Try to be good to yourself, do something good for you, and try to keep busy with things that you are able to do. Your menu looks good! Maybe you could let your doctors know how you are feeling, they might have some suggestions.
Afternoon everyone. Glad you got back safe and sound Barb. Hope everyone else is well. Just got home from school and i can see some light at the end of the tunnel pple, 2 more weeks.

B - 1 boiled egg, 1/3 sausage (boiled egg didn't bother me)
L - 3oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup salad
D - 3 chicken wings or 30z sausage and cucumbers
S - 1 cup silk almond. Don't know if i will eat snack, but if i do, it will be a banana, 1tbs pb.
