Not a whole lot on the go today.  Home for dinner

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

     Premier protein shake

 

L - 1/2 ham and cheese wrap

 

S - other 1/2 of ham and cheese wrap

 

D - Chikcen cordon bleu - 1 breast

     Asparagus

    1 fingerling potato

   

S - Noosa blueberry yogurt

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,403,  Carbs - 126,  Protein - 100 Grams

 

 

All water and vits

Good morning everyone. Off work today. I have been invited to go bridal dress shopping by my son's  fiance. Sounds like quite a few of us going.

I do not know at this time what I will be having for lunch or dinner. I am not sure if we are having lunch after shopping. I do know my dh wants to go out for a movie and dinner. I find eating out has hidden calories in anything you order. So I am going to assume today will be a bad eating day and try to keep the damage to a minimum.

Good Morning.  Still having trouble getting back on track.  I can't go shopping, so menu planning is from the freezer.  My hubby sucks at shopping, it is a constant texting, pic, call, crap show while he is at the grocery store.  It is more stress than it is worth.   I can't lift over 10 pounds for another 3 weeks.  Yesterday the surgeon took my 29 staples out, and some of the incision is not closed up.  He put a ton of steri strips on it and a new dressing, with orders not to get it wet, and go back on Tuesday.  So now I can't even have a shower, yuk!

Well, enough *****ing...

B- 2 scrambled eggs with 10gr of cheddar 

L- last of the teriyika chicken thighs, 3oz

D- small steak, few fried peppers and onion

S- syntrax fuzzy naval shake

mfp totals:  calories 638, carbs 5, fat 25, protein 87.

May have a carby cracker and lc cheese wedge in the evening.
