Morning


Golfing this morning - out to dinner with friends tonight.  A nice day all around.

STEPS - 6674

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

     1 cup of scrambled eggbeaters

 

S - Small honeycrisp apple

 

L - 3/4 cup of tuna salad on romaine lettuce

 

D - Sea bass - 5 oz

     succotash - 1/4 cup

     small piece of hot sourdough

 

S - 1 piece of biscotti

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,077,  Carbs - 52 Grams,  Protein - 80 Grams,  Fiber - 5 Grams

 

All water and vits

Going to try to get to swimming today. Did a lot of walking yesterday and ended up with really sore knees. Wondering if the new runners are not very good. Not all bargains are equal. Changed shoes today. See if this helps.

Just work and home tonight.

Morning all. School then home today. Been trying to move more and trying to incorporate more self care in my daily routine, hasn't worked out so far, but I keep chanting to myself, 3 more weeks, lol. I have had acid/heartburn from the dickens since yesterday morning. Munched on crackers as everything else was not settling well. Still have some today, we'll see how it goes today.

2yrs post-op

B - 2 steak, 1/3 cup green beans

L- 3oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup salad

S - 2 tbps hummus, 1/4 cup cucumbers

D - cabbage, 3oz sausage, 1/8 cup corn

S - protein shake
