RNY  6 Years 7 Months Post Op

Morning

Heading to the market to pick up my fresh turkey for Thursday.  Then a great day with my DH stopping at all the golf shops we know and lunch out to one of my favorite restaurants.  Home tonight

STEPS - 5543

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

      2 eggs scrambled with 1 slice of sargento cheddar

 

L - large mixed salad with red onion/feta/black olives and hard boiled eggs - red wine vinaigrette

 

D - 2 cups of romaine with 3 grape tomatoes sliced

     4 oz grilled chicken - measured

     1 TB of shredded parm in salad

     2 TB of Olive Garden light Italian dressing

 

S - Light and Fit Greek

     2 TSP of Coffeemate sugar free peppermint mocha in decaf

 

MYFITNESSPAL Totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,062,  Carbs - 26 Grams,  Fat - 61 Grams,  Protein - 78 Grams,  Fiber - 3 Grams

 

All water and vits

Morning Barb, enjoy your day!

I am just getting home from the gym, off to walk Jasper then to bed.

I am on a soft diet because of the tooth trouble.

Not sure on eats, but it will involve. soup, yogurt and cottage cheese

You have been having this problem for awhile - hope it improves soon

 

Well I have changed my menu already after returning from Fresh Market

 

So all is the same with the following additions

 

B - just had an Atkins indulge snack bar in caramel nut - 130 calories - wont buy again as it was too good!

 

L - added a slice of bruschetta

 

D - changed to 1 jumbo lump crab cake and 5 asparagus spears

Glass of wine also in my  new totals - though that is still iffy

 

New MYFITNESSPAL totals for my menu today are:  Calories - 1,575,  Carbs - 61 Grams,  Fat - 79 Grams,  Protein - 81 Grams,  Fiber - 9 Grams

My eating is all over the place this past week, stress and all doesn't help.  Trying to just accept certain things and move on but easier said than done at time.

 

So far today I've just had breakfast.

 

B - 3 slices bacons, 1 piece of light rye toast

L- cabbage casserole, about 1.5 cups

S - homemade pea soup with ham if hungry

D - 1/2 chicken breast, green beans

Have had a ton of coffee and just made my 2nd decaf already but also drink 12 oz of water in between each cup. Never a problem getting liquids in. Am thinking maybe a glass of wine tonight but haven't been bothering even though early in the day I consider it but by night, I just don't want it.

Good morning all. Tanya hope your tooth gets better. Work today. Hope I do not get sucked into staying to help with a workshop tonight. I am against what it is about and also just want to go home. I may swim this afternoon. Depends on how crazy things are here.

I was not feeling great this morning and totally forgot to take anything out for dinner. So it will either be fish or chili

Afternoon all. Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Managed to do a bit of christmas shopping yesterday, got some good deals. Tanya hope your teething problems get fixed soon. I ha've had two days of horrible eating, not bad eating, but yesterday, i only managed to eat breakfast and didn't eat anymore till dinner time around 8pm. I was so shaky and had to force myself to eat. Same as today, it's past 3 and i have to force myself to eat lunch. Maybe just having small pouch days and school stress doesn't help.

This is what i've planned for today

B - 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices bacon

L - 3oz chicken breast, 1oz zucchini, 11 almonds

S - 1 cup silk cashew, other egg i didn't eat for breakfast

D - 3oz chicken breast, 1/3 cup butternut squash

S - 1/2 cup milk
