Been awake since 2 and up since 3. Hopefully time for a nap this afternoon.
Golfing this morning - out for dinner this evening. Gotta fish hankering today so its the main event

B - 2 large mugs of coffee
4.5 oz leftover grilled swordfish with hot peppers
S - small honeycrisp apple
L - 7 oz blackened grouper
S - Noosa blueberry yogurt
D - 5 oz grilled sea bass
mixed grilled veggies - low GI selection
S - Light and Fit Greek
MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 1,001, Carbs - 63 Grams, Protein - 123 Grams, Fiber - 6 Grams

Jeezus Barb, are you married to Captain Highliner? ;) Good luck with your golf game - I was about to say I hope it doesn't snow on you, then it occurred to me you might be down south, so probably not a lot of chance of that. lol
I'll be studying today for the most part - two assignments left and my gawd it's been a long haul. Not sure what else I'll get up to but I think I'll get some chili going in the crockpot shortly. As much as I hate cold weather, I love cold weather food! And clothes - I love cold weather clothes too. Fancy tall boots and snuggly sweaters and all that.

S - ham & egg cup (2) (I've been loving these - I think I got a little tired of crustless quiche)
L - spinach salad, 3-4 oz chicken breast, poppy seed dressing
S - ham/cheese/pickle roll-up (2), spicy mustard for dipping
D - chili with a little shredded old cheddar on top
Coffee with cream throughout the day

Good morning Barb. Sorry to hear you are not sleeping. I do not know how you cope with so little sleep. Walking the dog this morning then grocery shopping. House cleaning later. Just very boring. Cold today with rain.

Good Morning All, Nice to see you back Karen, for some reason my day is more complete when I know what you are eating
Just puttering around the house, some cooking for the freezer, and maybe some grocery shopping. Trying to organize my life, food, ect before my surgery next Wed. I am a "list" person, and right now, even my lists, have lists.....
B- 2 boiled eggs
L- tuna salad on 2 ryvita
D- garlic chicken thigh (making today for the first time)
S- maybe another chicken thigh, syntrax shake
